Monticello Condominiums sit on a hill above Costa Rica's Central Valley, with commanding views of Poas Volcano and the Central Valley. Each unit was intelligently designed to maximize floor space and utility, and to emphasize the superlative view from the back.

Everything flows to the spectacular view in the back. The garage, pantry, kitchen, and living/dining areas are on this level, with 9 foot ceilings and a half bathroom.
Garden Level
410 square feet with full bathroom, windows to the garden, private entrance, and an 8-foot ceiling. This could be used as a 4th bedroom, maid's quarters, or separate office. Unit 6's Garden level is nearly 1,000 square feet.
Plot Plan: All units feature outstanding, unobstructed views of the common areas, elegant swimming pool, and the central Valley. The slope is to the North and East. The Eastern border of the property is a slope with a gulley below. Road access is along the West border. Unit 6 is larger and features greater privacy.
