MAIN LEVEL

The lovely, functional kitchen opens to the spacious Dining/Living room, with a huge adjoining TV room. A rustic fireplace sits next to French doors opening to Monticello's fantastic views and patios. This open plan is one of the key's to Monticello's design - it draws you outside to the view, but allows plenty of room inside.


Perfect for entertaining, the main level features spacious, open & adjoining rooms with 9' ceilings. The TV Room is about 180 square feet. It adjoins the living room, which makes the Living area on the main floor enormous.

Custom-made French doors open to the large, functional balcony with a fabulous view. 9-foot ceilings add to the open feel of the main floor.

Monticello's kitchens are large and functional, with granite countertops and professionally-installed cabinetry. Appliances are conveniently located and do not get in the way of counter top space.

UPPER LEVEL

The Master Bedrooms are very large, with an adjoining walk-in closet and elegant Master bathroom. Recessed ceilings add to the romantic ambiance. French doors lead out to the balcony with spectacular vie

The large Guest bedroom also features a 9-foot recessed ceiling and french door to the balcony. This balcony features a unique, domed ceiling hardly seen outside of Europe.

The Guest bathroom feature a skylight to add natural light, marble counter tops, and a very large, custom-designed shower enclosure. The sinks and fixtures are some of the best available in Costa Rica.

Master & Guest Bedrooms share a large, common balcony overlooking the pool and spectacular view of the Central Valley.

The enormous third bedroom features two private balconies and a unique cut-out ceiling. This room is amazingly light and airy, with a large closet and plenty of room for furniture.

These views show the entry way and custom wrought iron staircase leading to the second level. The downstairs half-bath is located underneath these stairs in the entrance hallway. The large, opaque picture window allow natural light in while maintaining your privacy.
